Forced to be serious, Amy Poehler does really hilarious "thinly-veiled anxiety"; and allowed to be a total slob (think Liz Lemon wanting that stranger at a bar to buy her mozzarella sticks instead of a drink) Tina Fey is very endearing and funny.
